Girl now that YOU'VE tried it I can gone ahead and give them my $9 because I was terrified that I would waste my money again because my 4c hair just GIGGLES at every gel or edge control I try. No lie, I've spent $70 on gels and edge control because my hair just curls right back down and my hair is pass shoulder length and I still can't get a sleek ponytail. Girl the STRUGGLES.

If it’s the smaller jar it’s probably the edge control and not the gel! The gel only comes in the big jar!

I have really coarse 4c hair and I found that putting ANY oil in my hair before ANY edge control is not good...the edge control can't fully hold with all the slippery oil..even the strongest holding ones...I go straight in with edge control and it has my hair laid the entire day. Each person hair is different I do believe the edge control you're using is good but the method used is different for everyone. Thanks for sharing
