For me, I'd say I would make the horsemen pony items like this: War - Dash releases trail of bombs like Explosive Diarrhea. Pestilence - Trail of Green flies that seek and green creep. Famine - Dashing causes you to fire Haemolacria/ Gish type shots around you that slow and damage enemies. Death - dashing fires off Scythe/ Euthanasia shots.

I would like it if pill effects (damage, tears, speed...) were temporary unless you took another one of the same kind before the effect fades out. It would encourage you to take pills without the penalization, but also without the reward unless you actively seek more pills

Happy Saturday Moshpit! Apologies, KZbin seems to keep eating these posts- so reupload. Start Damage is low, HP is good, everything else is in the meh range. Twisted Pair is a great item. Pill Bottle...counts towards Mom. Floor 1 Ice Ice Baby in the Item room is not great. Tropicamide is a pretty solid item from the boss, sadly no bomb drops so we head on down. Floor 2 Knockout Drops is a solid item room pick, triple the chance thanks Twisted Pair. Marrow from the boss & Bloody Lust from Stanley. The Bones Heart gives us a lot of space for the Sac Room Shuffle- nets Genesis & enough money to get Blue Map from the shop. Paying the beggar in a secret room for some Dinner gets our HP back up. Floor 3 Ghost Pepper, one of the best tear effects in the game IMO. Roid Rage from the boss, no bombs still, so we head down. Floor 4 Meat in the trap room is amazing, but everything is subject to reroll now. A massive Devil deal gives up 3 deal items. Floor 5 Finally, a bomb drop to get into the secret room...for all the bombs ever. Thank you Pyro. The Fallen drops Purgatory. Floor 6 Tight timer on Boss rush, but the SS room lies to us & the timer is missed. Polaroid taken. Floor 7 Ripping Genesis: new stats are markedly better than the start. Lead Pencil, Binky, Butt Bombs, Hungry Soul, Empty Vessel, SACRED HEART, Speed Ball, Bomb Bag. Anima Sola, Mucormycosis, Glass Eye, The Pact, Cat o 9 tails, Super Bandage, Death’s Touch, Crown of Light, Backstabber, Keeper’s Kin, Glitched Crown, Stem Cells, Soy Milk. Good Lord- I think the title is accurate. We were a Rock Bottom away from a New New. Floor 8 Curse of the Lost, but Sin isn’t even mad- probably because every room will just die; calculator math puts this at 170.227 DPS. Absolute destruction with Anima Sola locking things down. Maw of the Void & Nail from Stanley procs the Leviathan transformation, but we’re absolutely keeping Anima Sola. Hush Stapler, Midnight Snack, Sad Onion, & Bot Fly (womp womp). 25 tears & over 9 damage is actually insane- we are now at 234 DPS from just 2 upgrades. We’re also getting almost 2 lead pencil procs per second & man it shows on Hush. Cathedral Curse of the Lost is more like Blessing of the Monologue here. The run is so easy Sin can just think through Pony-based questions a bit more. Chest Ghost Pepper, Mom’s Perfume, & Scapular are amazing takes. This tear rate & luck above 1 is going to make Ghost Pepper a flamethrower. Parasitoid as a last-minute F U to the game is very funny. Final Verdict: 9/10. The turnaround with Genesis was insane.

He then dropped it, when he finally picked up a heart in the boss room it likely updated and got rid of the second container, because he dropped Mom's box.

Sometimes coins/entities get spawned on top of each other, if the game for some reason decides that there isnt enough place or the spawn would be unreachable for isaac otherwise. Sometimes the game DOES look out for you.

But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe he can try "Boss Butch" adds a bunch of new bosses who aren't completely unfair and for something very unique try "The future" mod adds a new floor with custom enemies and bosses and the boiler adds a third alternative for dross and downpour again with unique enemies and bosses!
