If castor oil is too thick for you, use olive oil plus a spoonful of unrefined coconut oil. I’ve been making this exact mix of 4 ingredients, plus several drops of rosemary oil, as an overnight prepoo for almost two years. Softens, defines and moisturizes SO well

Only prob. Castor oil is really heavy, no doubt it work wonders in hair growth but if you have thin hair go for other oils like almond, coconut, and add little castor oil to that 👍🏼

This is amla and fenugreek infused castor oil....it's undoubtedly good for hair growth but the problem is....castor oil is extremely thick and sticky so it can't be directly used for hair...better to mix it with some coconut oil ( preferably cold pressed ).....

I'm from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and it's made here n we use it for decades. My mom use to steam my hair with it .then condition after. She then have a mixture with hair oil n then apply to my roots n ends. My hair is thick n nice .

Amla powder and methi seeds. Grind to a powder and add to coconut oil OR carrier oil of choice like olive oil. Heat on low flame for 5 mins. Strain wt cheese cloth. Massage into hair and scalp. Let sit for 2hrs b4 u wash. Do this often for slow but steady results... @munzi

Skin care and hair care takes time.. and oiling your hair 3 times a week is necessary.. don't apply too much oil,, 1 table spoon or a little bit more is enough for your scalp.. and the rest you can take some on your palm and gently apply to your hair and ends.. that's it.. oil will spread on its own.. you can leave it for 3 days that's what we do in South Asia.. You'll notice difference after 3 months.. and also apart from oil you need to use hair mask.. I recommend use fully over ripen banana which almost turns into black color and use egg white.. you have to use blender to make the hairmask.. use it twice a week and you'll get the healtiest hair in this world

YES. If you don’t, it will be like trying to wash SANDY DIRT out of your hair and off your scalp! If the particles DRY in your hair, it will be equal to tangling, or worse, and can cause some hair breakage. Unless you are absolutely sure a powder will completely dissolve in the oil or water, always strain it through cheesecloth! You do not want to learn this the hard way. 😧

Hello!! I am 17, I also have an oily skin type like you. I suggest u to go for a skincare routine (as u are 13 preferably go for face cleansing, moisturiser) For acne u can exfoliate ur face 2-3 times a week Trust me I was in your shoes and my skin has improved a lot (I use 10 steps) but u can take small steps in start. Hope it helps
