I have fine long hair which I sometimes wear pulled back. I don't like of using heavy hair gels, and this littlllextra neatfix hair finishing stick makes for a great alternative. It keeps all of the flyaways in place without adding heaviness. Plus, it’s really easy to use because of the wand/brush. Additionally, it held my hair in place for the majority of the day!

@bekjackson38935 ай бұрын
Love the pacing of the video and the product descriptions. Can you provide which product requires shampoo to rinse out and which doesn’t. Thanks!
@mateostrang5 ай бұрын
Most of the products he lists you can actually avoid shampoo and use conditioner to get out. The oil based pomade needs shampoo cuz it needs the oil to be broken down vs a lot of the other product are water soluble and just need a little conditioner to help them let go of the hair. We all strong hold products do have the ability to build up in your hair over time so eventually you’ll need to shampoo but definitely not every day. I use these products in my clients hair every day.

@almark654811 күн бұрын
Oil based pomade. Water based pomade is easier to apply, but will harden like plastic and set after about half an hour (so you won't be able to restyle). It's good if you want to set & forget. Oil based pomade on the other hand remains flexible throughout the day so you can run your hands through it. You'll probably want a prestyler like a mouse though to give your hair some body - then blowdry with sea salt spray. Then add the pomade once it's dry. Also, with oil based pomades you don't need to sag your hair daily - just add more pomade if you need more and build it up. Then give your hair a good wash every 3-4 days.

If you don't wash your hair after several days of using it...and you don't rinse the product off..it could give you dandruff so make sure you rinse off your products with water if possible and use shampoo and conditioner but not every day cause too much washing it can strip your natural hair oils so just do that every other day. ^_^ Hope it helped.

Thanks man. My main style is a slickback. I rarely blow dry it because sometimes it isn't worth it. So with this in mind what is your recommendation for product to use without needing to blow dry before or after i use it. Because lately im resorting to 80/20 so when my hair parts i don't look like a madman. Note my hair is most likely fine because while the hair itself isn't thick but i can't see my scalp so it can't be thin
@soldafades9 ай бұрын
Okay if you don’t want to blow dry it, use either a Gel or a Mousse. Both do the same job. A mousse is more of a pre-styler but you can also use it as a main styling product. It gives less hold than a gel but you won’t get the flakes in your hair. It’s up to you man, if you want to prioritise hold, go for a gel.
@TheNAKM6279 ай бұрын
@@soldafades ya man hold is important so it doesn't part on the side or the middle. How can i use a gel the correct way so i can have a more professional slickback not a messy one
@soldafades9 ай бұрын
@@TheNAKM627always start by wetting your hair, detangle it with a wide tooth comb and then apply gel or mousse evenly into your hair. Then comb it back, and once it’s dry, you can either enhance the hold by adding a hairspray or leave as is. Slickbacks are simple 🤝
