I think two more sessions of this same cut and it will totally hide his receding corners. I have a very similar hairline to this young man. I had been shaving bald for 5 years then I saw this haircut in a list of styles for men with recession. I just had my second cut and I think one or two more sessions will have it looking how I want. I can’t believe I could’ve had a decent hair style all these years but opted for the bald look. I hope there will be a part 3&4 to this series. Good looking out Regal Gentlemen

No shade being thrown...He approaches a thinner haired receding “balding “ head much different than my barber....My barber had me grow my hair our for two months (the top), still got a drop fade into a taper every week on the sides. My corners vertical bars are way stronger with a Chicago C ( makes the lineup fresh and eliminated the appearance of receding and then he created a perfect lineup across the front that appears full thick and symmetrical. Not that either ways right or wrong just two different approaches and as long as the clients happy it’s a win. I do appreciate how you take the time put thought into the cuts and do your best to work with clients like us. It’s awesome your able to improve this guy’s confidence which is the best part of a cut is walking out feeling fresh and for many men in this circumstance that’s not the case. I have essentially the same recession as Matt and I've been scouring KZbin for a couple of years trying to find ideas for what styles might be possible while jumping on finasteride and minoxidil to save what's left. My barber has given me basically the same style. So it's nice to know he's done the best with what's available to him. A lot of people would say to just shave it. But I enjoy going to my barber and I'm not ready to give up that ritual. Going bald isn't just about losing your hair. Nobody ever prepares you for the fact you'll start losing some of life's simple pleasures like going to the barber. Going to the barber is about the only beauty pampering a lot of men, including myself, do. So it's nice to have stylish and honest options to keep that ritual up. Are there any other variations on this style for this type of recession that you could suggest to change things up from time to time?

When pandemic hit i could never imagine I would have to take matter in my hands and actually learn how to trim and cut and stuff. Even to this very day I still do my hair on my own, I havnt been to barber since Feb 2020. So im finally getting what I want and how I want it. Many years ago I lived in a windy city in California, once I got in a line at our local post office and noticed our accountant two or three spaces up from me. Now this nice man had a comb over to beat all comb overs. It started in the back of his head about 1/2 to 1 inch above his hairline, and then combed in somewhat of a zig zag swirling pattern to cover top, sides and front of his head. Truthfully one probably wouldn’t have noticed his hair if it weren’t for the gale force winds that blew in every time someone went in or out causing the hair to raise about three inches off his head until the door closed again and it settled back down in it’s original pattern. If one person had let the tiniest giggle escape their lips, we all would have lost it, as all eyes were glued to that man’s head. Here’s my take on thinning hair, if one has lost so much hair that they are now sporting a bozo cut, then I’d say shave it off, or go get a glued on topper. The bozo cut/style only looks good on bozo. I think the shaved head look is nice, tried to get my ex bf to go for it, he wouldn’t cause he was happy sporting the bozo look. 😂

Great work men! Videos are great, good angles, etc. Still, the sound is to loud and punchy, it seems that your lavaliers are set at the maximum volume, both transmiter (TX) and receiver(RX). In your filming scenario you should have the transmiter set to the lowest volume level and the receiver on camera at the highest.. This is when you record voice with any wireless system. It's called "close microphone". On the other hand when you record nature sounds, the sound being farther away, you should do the opposite, the TX on highest volume level and the RX on lowest volume setting, called "open microphone". Just try that and you're videos will be more professional all arround. Thanks for your excelent work!
