I got this roll! Steady hand HCS sight ricochet rounds stability masterwork. Got it during the 1st 120 meta when you could still 2 tap with rampage. This thing is incredible on controller.

Have this exact role. Back then everyone focused on range, but as a control player i always focused on stability because it felt better. Also I was an auto/ SMG player back then too so handcannons always felt off if I didnt have enough stability. Still an auto/ SMG person but I do pull this out from time to time. This and Igneous prob the only HC that feel good using to me.
