Open wheel boost is generated when your traveling forward but not holding the gas (coasting). It can be generated faster when turning and through soft braking.

The e30 if you upgrade it at bennys and fully tune it it costs 2million and you have a car that drives 145 mph it’s a little drifty but you just need to get the feeling with it and also tons of exterior and interior upgrades

the itali gto is grippy i agree, but it is very unstable on bumps. the rear hops like a kangaroo if it hits any bumps on the road and its very hard to control it then.

How are you getting benny's vehicle upgrades on non bennys cars like the Italian GTO wheels? Is there some way of doing it without mods? I’m on pc but if there a way you did it I’d love to know.

Merge glitches, take mods from a bennys car and they go onto whatever car you want. There’s always one or two out there
