The thing that's so cool about the Lightning Zeta is it's basically an HG Zeta 1.5, too. Doesn't really share any parts with the first HG Zeta and the "revive" didn't come out for a couple more years.

Try Burning Gundam was one of the very first gunplas I ever bought. Wasn't sure what to expect, but after putting it together, I was so impressed with it and the articulation. It's too bad about Star Winning Gundam, I was originally planning on getting both until I watched some reviews. I loved the idea of a transforming SD, and I liked the color scheme. I might try and get some of these other ones at some point, like Denial Gundam, R-Gyagya and Shia Qant.

The lightning Gundam is a very cool kit. It has some slight issues but the additional back weapon systems that it has and the beam rifle are my favorite parts of the lightning Gundam. I totally forgot the lightning zeta was part of the try line, lmao. Ive made mine into a cool custom. Did some pla plate work on the chest as well as added the strike freedom chest vents.

What very interesting BFTry kits to me is: The Winning Gundam, it has its unique weapon modes using its own SD parts itself to accessorize other gundams like Winning Knuckle and Winning Launcher for Burning and Lightning Gundam respectively. I just wish the Knuckle has its finger articulation though a close-fist makes it pretty stable for punching poses. 😅

What i noticed from build series is sometimes the kit that they're based on had not been released at that time. The latest one for example is the Typhoeus Gundam wich uses psycho gundam mk.ii part that hasn't been even announced at this time.

It's kinda disappointing that none of the Try/Divers/ReRise got an MG, and of the OG Build Fighters we only got like 5. Seems like Bandai could have easily done like they did with the HG line and reuse molds from some of the MG's. The HG Build Burning line were great, and I feel would have been even better in MG form.

Man I wish Bandai would reprint the Battlogue kits: Cherudim SAGA. Awesome kit! The Striker GN-X suffers from poor articulation but if you look past that it’s a cool looking kit. I have yet built the Lightning Zeta and hope to come across a copy someday. The Shia Quan-[T] is fine I can just omit the cat ears. So many cool kits!

@@kidrobot. I have to disagree with you on this cause the head’s turn radius is quite lacking and the arms also, considering the weapon this GN-X wields. I do agree however that the armor does hamper the articulation of the legs as you described. But at the end of the day, despite its flaws I really enjoyed building this kit and I would build it again should Bandai reprint it.

The Command Fumina isn't _that_ bad. It has somewhat of an uncanny feeling, but if you treat that line as more like _figures_ than models, they're more tolerable. I put mine on a figma motorcycle with the HG The Origin Zaku II anti-ship rifle in one hand and all the "command" parts taken off. She looks pretty dope. One thing negative I have to say about a lot of these Build kits though is that too many of them go way overboard on one particular color. All red, all blue, all purple, all white... they lack contrast and look unappealing.
