There is something near the tunnel if you have a small avatar and go to the side of the road there is a tiny hole that you can go through and go outside the map

I know a great hiding spot that no police will come and find you there unless you are found by the heli,which is the farm,hide at the box of the bushes with your car,I never got arrest after I hide there
