Insane bro, can you do tutorial on advanced statics movement like good exercices to get the front lever or the planche ? I actually train for the front lever but even with exercices like tuck front etc it's hard and I don't really see progress. Thanks for the discipline keeper :)

advice from me...use as much as u can resistance bands cuse they are gonna help your peripheric nervous system learn to stay in the positions of planche or lever as well as help you maintain balance hope you will succeed one day brotha 🙏😁👊

put an elastic band under your but and lower back and do 5-10 second FL holds. That's all there is to it.
