Thanks for the video. Just watched another video on this light. Hvac tech that was about to order several. Doesn't work for me unfortunately. I'm not sure why flashlight manufacturers don't make a cap light for service technicians. Lol Pretty sure there's probably more service technicians out there than hiker/campers. And we use these things everyday. EVERYDAY I can help with what features work and don't work for us if you're interested. EDIT: Just in case someone that makes decisions reads this. -only need two modes. Lower flood mode for close work and a higher mode (possibly spot?) to see where we are going in crawls and attics. More modes just get in the way. One button operation. One button! -Memory mode so light turns on to last used mode. -Light doesn't need to be as bright as the sun. Just bright enough to comfortably see what we are doing. Run time is most important. -No motion sensor. We work with our hand close to our face a lot of times and it just gets in the way. -Don't need pivot. If you feel compelled to add pivot, it should pivot from the front and be able to point down when mounted from the top of the cap. Nobody wants a dang light hanging in front of their eyes, I'm sure. -a "deep" clip that sets the light back as far as possible. Front of the light being flush with front of cap would be great. The further out the light sits, the more it'll likely get caught on something while crawling through tight spots. Plus, you can afford to make it slightly heavier (bigger battery maybe?)

whats the range of the IR sensor? can i use it to secure my tent when camping?

Looks quite identical to Savage Gear MP Flip or Klarus HC3, but it seems without the low light mode (those step down from 45 to 100 to 6 lumens), slighly larger battery and USB-C. Very interesting. I like my Savage Gear MP Flip, but the two features I miss the most are locking it up and really high power mode (even with 100 lumens, it's often not possible to see your float in distance). Is locking available in this one? Also, can you comment on design. It would be interesting to know on whether the HC3 or MP Flip was made by you, or you all source these from same OEM's. Thanks!
