The last Petland closed here in NYC about 2 years ago during covid. They were my “go to” pet shop as a kid. I even remember the TV commercial with the (owner) dude in the toupé and the jingle; 🎶 *“at Petland we care.”* 🎶 😂

This place is huge and well designed. The turtles ALL look happy & healthy ! I love hearing two two turtle Nerds discus their deep species knowledge. 🥰 Al says it right.... Captive bred, get the price down, and then there will be fewer taken from the wild. A visit from Aqua Scape would be a wonderful idea to share with Al AND I know Ed will appreciate Al's commitment to species preservation . I also love the protective Mamma Pine Snake . Question: Any native predators he has to deal with ? Amazingly Great video !

Wow just wow!! It's great when you come see just how much a person loves and is passionate about not just the animals they keep but they care about all animals! I love, love, love Turtles. I saved, raised, and rehabilitated many turtles over the years. They are so cute, smart, and FAST. I named mine from where they were found or came from..we had some crazy names and each turtle knew his or her name 💓💓💓 Love Frogs and Lizards too. I didn't have to have my yard mowed which was great. You have the most amazing Turtle Ranch I have ever seen. God bless ❤️🙏🏼🇺🇸 I just subscribed and will be checking in often!!!

I have a question about heating. We moved from Florida to Tennessee and we brought our African spurred tortoise with us. She is about 50ish lbs and wanted to know if I should up her wattage on her heater from 100 watt to 150 watt. Any advice??
