josh david There are two reasons. The first one is to enable multilingual subtitles. When we make English Subtitles, KZbin then allows other users to translate the current subs to another language. Without English subs, nobody can make subs for another language. Then there's the second reason, where there MIGHT be people who are unable to hear, although I'm not sure if they have that kind of audience.

gianccm josh david there is other reason.. for people that do not used engliah as their first language, its hard to understand people talk in english fast (its also because the accent, pronunciation and etc).. we can understand english sentence pretty good, but listening someone talk is a different matter.. Thats also why english test such as TOEFL and IELTS , have different section forlistening, reading, writing...

WTFjasmine I'm in Korea now. I go to malls and department stores all the time and only sometimes do I see people with masks and I don't see anyone coughing or anything. The pics on the news of everyone wearing masks and looking scared are just shown to scare you it's nothing like that at all lol. For me I didn't really like "undercooked fat" but when you cook it long enough and let that fat render down until its a nice crispy piece of haven (think of like crispy bacon) it can do amazing and tastey. I know some people like the chewyness of fat but I don't really like it myself. but if you c render it down it can be much more pleasant.
