Hello! Well right now I use two color changing lightbulbs that you can connect to your phone, on two standing lamps with multiple heads so I can move them around!

I actually DID fall asleep about halfway through this video. I greatly appreciate that you were not waving things around frantically, speaking Pygmy CLICK language, doing the apparently obligatory ASMR Hand Jive in my face...all that stuff is VERY distracting, and somewhat low-IQ (to avoid the dreaded R-word, it Boston we say RETODDED!) You are one of very few who seem to understand that "SLEEP" videos should be slow, calm, and sleep-inducing. Many, in fact MOST, of the others are just copycats who have stumbled upon all the WRONG ways to make a relaxing sleep-inducing video. THANK YOU

Please make, if you have not yet, a simple FOLLOW THE LIGHT, with little speaking, and slow, simple hypnotic tracking. No interative questions....and try to use a light that doesn't have BONKY clicking to activate it. Again, that noise distracts from sleep-inducement. Okay? THANKS!

The one negative would be asking questions. Sleep video should not be interactive. We should focus on relaxing, not trying to remember numbers or read airwriting. Just a thought.
