I found that the Kat Von D liquid lipsticks aren't drying at all, I just put a little bit of lip balm (as i do with all liquid lipsticks) and i find them very comfortable on the lips (:

i just got 2 of the ofra liquid lipsticks and i do agree that they feel nice to wear ... but i am not sure if they are drying completely down or not... it has been more humid than normal so maybe its keeping it from drying ... but i have two more on the way so we shall see! loved the video thanks for rating them for us!

Have you tried Jouer liquid lipsticks yet? I wonder which brand makes the most comfortable liq lipsticks. Right now I am deciding among Ofra, Jouer, and kylie lip kit. I really like the shade koko k from kylie lip kit though but i live in thailand and it costs much more to buy it here.

I've found that wearing a super hydrating chapstick as a lip primer keeps my lips from drying out with most formulas. I even have a Burt's Bees to go along with all my go-to lip colors to apply on top throughout the day. Color usually stays!

Hi! I absolutely love your videos - this video was actually the first of yours that I saw and was super helpful 💜 I completely agree ofra is the most comfortable liquid lipstick I have ever worn and considering I am mostly in hospital for my chronic illnesses it is super important! I was just wondering if you could offer any advice for any liquid lipstick that have a similar texture (and quality if possible!) to the ofra ones. Thanks again for helping me to keep up with the make-up world and with learning new skills even from the hospital bed :) xx

Hi Jamie, good review. My favorites are Kat Von D and the Sephora Lip Creams and they are the only brands I own. I love long-wear matte bullet lipsticks just as much though, such as Amuse Bouche from Bite, Mac's Ruby Woo, and Kat Von D's Studded Kiss. The drying thing doesn't bother me. A matching long-wear lip pencil keeps liquid lipsticks in good condition. Kat Von D's lip liners are superb. To repair my Amuse Bouche or Ruby Woo after eating, a chapstick will distribute the product and fix the corner bits that get lost after a meal. The liquid lipsticks will perform more like a matte bullet lipstick after a swipe of chapstick, but it still looks good so I don't care.

My lips are sealed! ;-) Can't wait for the Ofra lip swatches! I love the Sephora brand liquid lipsticks! Marvelous Mauve is sooo stunning. I also bought quite a few of the Colour Pop Ultra Mattes and for me they are hit and miss. Some colors really sink into your fine lines, while others don't at all. My personal favorites in the Colour Pop line are Solow, Bumble, Mars, and Creeper. So stunning!
