I always play Metagross as an invader with X-Speed. It should have been a defender but they called it an All-Rounder when it's actually a Speedster. Beldum is actually pretty nasty with Rapid Fire Scarf and can solo most characters with nothing but auto-attacks.

Fun thing about my experience with metagross so far. I did something like 30 matches in this season. I absolutely crushed everyone, always did 100k damage or similar. But somehow i lost so matches that i have 38% winrate with him. I mean as i say i have a few pokemons where no matter how good i am i always loose. ( like slowbro, lapras, hoopa and metagross as far as i remember ) please do not say i dont help the team or whatever. I am always on big fights but somehow with these pokemons none care about me, they just let me die ( and literally a few seconds later my team destroy them, like they want me to be killed ) metagross is one of my favourite pokemons in unite, as you can see i love to dive in and take the damage, and he does it exceptionally.

First time watching a unite video in ages im kind of reluctant but also sort of want to hop on and buy 1 or 2 new Pokemon. Love you personally Spragels and hope things are going well. Wish i would be near enough to see you in a comedy club sometime. You should consider asking to go on Joe Rogan sometime you could try and explain the logic of this game and dunk on all these kids with completely uncooperative mindsets and talk about why they frustrate themselves so much with this game if you're brave enough😂. You might not consider yourself enough if a celebrity but it would be a wild move and you just might have enough skin in all the appropriate games, even make a good impression haha

As a meteor mash believer i just have to say, your introductory sentenced summed up my issue with gyro ball: " IF you get ahead early" i feel like meteor mash is just way better on average, even if gyro ball has better peaks. That burst is just so incredibly valuable imo. That all being said, gyro ball is the only move really seeing play at top level, so most of the best players in the game seem to agree that gyro>mash
