Tons more power there if you want it! Start with a tachometer, it should rev out to nearly 5000 rpm without any mods.

Remove governor. Install performance pipe. Go fast. Blow it up. Most of all, have fun. That's my shop motto anyway.

Pretty good engine choice. Don't waste time removing the governor. Just back out the throttle screw and get a stage1 kit on it and you are good to go.
