This video just reminded me of my time with the old NBA/NFL Street games. I loved those games back in the day. Especially NBA Street. It was so sweet how you created a character and built up his stats throughout the game. Plus, you kept getting better as a team because you were able to take 1 player off of the teams you defeated. The NBA Street games are probably in my top 15 games ever as far as fun factor goes. Anyways, I've always thought Hockey games were pretty cool. So a Street style hockey game would be awesome in my opinion. This game might be the closest we'll ever get to it though. Getting the difficulty right would be the hard part though. You want a challenge, but you don't want it too hard. I feel like it would inevitably end up being too far onto the easy side.l unfortunately. It looks like you found the automatic win button with that yo-yo skill though, huh? Lol

I was thinking the same thing! Chris Cultist becomes very interesting if his stats are added to the base stats of whomever he transforms to, I wish the game would specify. Otherwise he's pretty underwhelming. Still a fun run though! This team could've used some more Florida man energy, lol!! Thanks for viewing my friend!

Every Talent you get with Chris Cultist also transfer to the Player he turns into.

Yes! You're correct. I was pretty underwhelmed by Chris Cultist. His stats are terrible and at best, you'll be a transformed into Rory McShaggy, so it's kind of like... why not just choose Rory with better starting stats? Unless perhaps his stats are added to what Chris has, it's hard to say. Definitely a fun character to mess around with though! Thanks for checking out the run my friend, I appreciate it!

There's no offsides in this game, no penalties either. Not sure how they could enable you to throw a stick at your opponent's face but flag you for offsides or interference. Lol. Thanks for checking out the run!

Hello friend, for now it is, yes! However, if you check their game roadmap on steam, it'll show you their progress on bringing it to console. Last time I checked it was like 40% completed. I love Kelly Jelly, but I will agree. Chris turning into her is a little underwhelming... I'd rather just consistently have a fast player in Kelly.

Exactly! I couldn't agree more. That's definitely the underwhelming aspect of Chris Cultist, but it was a fun player to mess around with! Next run will likely feature the lumbering but 120 checking power Ironclad Knight! Thanks for checking out the video my friend. :D

@@DTom4Real I have yet to use him so I'm looking forward to it! I see a great deal of fun in making him high speed with the insane checking stat. Maybe give him spike armor and some slapshot buffs too. I suppose it depends on what we find in our run!

Lol... it objectively IS a hockey game though. It's a Hockey Roguelite, as properly marketed. You got me curious as to how you'd describe this game without using the word 'Hockey', please do let me know :D This is coming from a guy who appreciates Blades of Steel as well, but it's not better than Tape to Tape, it just isn't. Ultimately, thanks for your viewership and I'm truly sorry you're so unsatisfied with this game! It's not for hockey purists and that's ok, Blades of Steel isn't for Hockey purists either, so I'm a bit uncertain what exactly you're looking for that isn't NHLxx.
