If you are wanting the missing jurassic park/world, skins/variants download the jurassic park trilogy overhaul pack, the camp cretaceous forgotten skins, and the jurassic world film cosmetics pack and if you want baby variants search baby on the search bar and type in baby. If you want more cosmetic/variants type in variant or cosmetic.

I mostly play on console, because my desk is falling apart and my computer chair sucks, so nothing about playing on my computer is comfortable or enjoyable, but because I bought it on X-Box(One) I have access to it on my PC as well. Trying to figure out how to enable mods since it's essentially a shared account and behaves currently like if you play on X-Box X and then trying to load some maps on X-Box One, it tells you no because for example, all eras were used, and X-Box One doesn't support all eras. I see similar issues with mods. Whatever shared save files it will say it's unavailable on my X-Box One, but would still be able to play it on Computer with whatever mods are installed. It does make me wonder if only certain mods are used, like the ones that allow objects to have no collision, but I keep it one era, that whatever is built, would still be like that in the X-Box One save file, have access, just wouldn't be able to move anything because collision would still normally work in that save file. IDK, maybe something to experiment with. I could see using the mod to place dinos in a map, would probably not affect game play on the X-Box, again if I only did it in a single era. If I do experiment, I shall report my findings.

You might want to look into the Amphibian and Devonian Predator Pack. They both come with custom buildings, and in the formers case a cute, hexagonal "tiny exhibit" for small animals.

unfortunately I think Universal is too protective of the IP to allow it. For example the mod that brings brands like mcdonald's and Adidas into the game, they don't want that. I know it sounds silly to us as consumers/gamers, but this is the kind of nitpicky stuff companies worry about. Especially Universal!

for me some of the first mods i got were pickle's paleoverhaul for dreadnaughtus and camarasaurus (sauropods of the morrison), mainly because i like the paleo accurate feet and heads for those sauropods. but other than that most of the mods you added were must haves as well

I would like to say the Lucca’s species packs on Nexus Mods are great. They give you more aquatic species and unique amphibious species. The amphibian pack also come with new enclosures to hold not only amphibian species but also any dinosaur species you want…I only know this because I look across JWE2 Nexus Mods and saw a video about it

If you're looking for vanilla-quality new species mods, it doesn't get much better than Feilong's Kaprosuchus and HyperSGYT's Megalania! They both use the incredibly underutilized Dimetrodon rig EXTREMELY well, with no clipping and even fully rigged eyes, having crocodiles and lizards in the game is such a nice bit of variety that I just cannot play without after trying it, they're a mainstay in all my parks lol

I really hope JW Rebirth is amazing, since a lot of people felt underwhelmed by Dominion I think we need this first instalment in this potential new trilogy to lay strong foundations.

Something that always bothered me about the base game is how shallow the terrain tools are. I could never figure out how to make those pits that real zoos put tigers and such in. Maybe that would have made the story modes way too easy?

I’ve been hesitant to mod my JWE2, I’m not sure why since I’ve exhausted any enjoyment with the base game and I’ve done it before in JWE1, which isn’t much different there. I do remember when I did it in JWE1, I forgot to do a file backup beforehand and I was anxious about not having that recovery point so I basically cleaned and reinstalled the game to get fresh files that I could copy. Whoopsie. I don’t really care for species pack or decoration pack mods, but my eyes were already fixed on Expanded Terrain and Free Build for a while. But dang, Toolbox looks like heaven. I don’t make videos but I do have a sort of wildlife documentary narration in my head as I just sit and watch the dinosaurs move around, so being able to control them seems like a lot of fun. It’s late as I’m typing this but I’ll snatch up those 5 Kai mods tomorrow and mess around with it ✨

Seeing that my favorite Hadrosaur and Phorusrachid are modded this game, might as well tell some facts about them. Shantungosaurus: 1.The largest non-sauropod animal in earths history. Weighing well over 35,000lvs and reaching 50ft long and 23ft tall at the hip. Scientists think that Shantungosaurus lived and traveled in herds. This grouping was most likely a strategy for protection against predators such as Zuchengtyrannyus which often hunted large herbivorous dinosaurs. Even though Shantungosaurus itself was 4x bigger and could beat one unfortunate enough to into a red pulp. Titanis Walleri: Titanis, despite popular thinking, was not outcompeted by mammals during the biotic interchange. Instead, it actually was successful and dominated a niche as an apex predator in North America such as in Texas, and in Florida where it bullied Xenosmilus and wolves from their prey and possibly hunted sloths and ungulates by stabbing them with its axe-like beak.
