Great list, you managed to give me a few new films to watch and reminded me of some that I actually enjoyed. Love Lies Bleeding, Joker Folie a Deux, and The Fall Guy are definitely in my top ten for the year. Joker was so well executed.

Ghost Light hasbeen on my list for awhile, so has Wicked Little Letters. Neither one came to my area. I also liked Transformers. Fun to watch. Very cool top twenty👍. Thank you very much for all your reviews😃

Nice 👍 I didn’t mind Deadpool but, it was lacking from a story perspective. It hit the cameos well and had some comedy. Sonic was very good. Never saw Wicked

Great video a lot of films i loved from this year. Transformers One, Azreal, Juror Number #2, I was shocked you had Joker 2 but i liked it aswell! Abigail love! Seems like people forgot about it. Such a fun time! SMILE 2 is so damn good. I couldnt fit it on my list but im glad to see it get some love! You got it right its Kay O'Brien. She was great in Love Lies Bleeding. Whooo thank god Dune 2 made the list i was going side eye you lol. Strange Darling and Anora are some of the most fun films of the year. The Substance had to be on here. You have so many horror movies on your list and this is one of the best! People were gasping in my showing. It was so much fun. Ghostlight such an underrated film. Surprised its number one but its a worthy one. Great list feels like you glad you stook to you're taste!

It was a good year for film. I’ve heard a lot say this wasn’t a good year. Everyone needs to branch out and watch some stuff out of their comfort zone lol. It seems for the most part you agree with my list.

Awesome list man, finally somebody agrees with me Joker Folie A Deux is highly underrated and dosen't deserve all the hate. My favourite movies of last year were Wicked Part 1 and Wild Robot!

Very impressive count of movies. I mainly just watched Horror this past year. I did enjoy Dune Part Two, Sonic 3 and i actually had fun with Joker 2.

I heard positive things about Problemista and Wicked Little Letters! I also wasn't aware of New Life, National Anthem, and The Shade, so I'll have to check those out. I guess you had happen to have a streak of movies that didn’t spark interest for me. Would be interesting to see if you enjoy the ones mentioned that you weren’t aware of. There are some sequels coming out this year that I’m definitely not interested in like LILO and stitch live action for example.

It was pretty good BUT you do have to have a basic knowledge of who was involved with SNL when it first started and it’s early years to fully appreciate it and know beforehand that it’s a movie all about everything going chaotically wrong until the end

I've had my eye on New Life, will be grabbing that. Several films I want only have a dvd, not sure what's up with that new fad but it's very irritating. AMFAD, No Way Up, Red Tide Massacre and Party Hard, Die Young are 4 I'm being forced to buy on dvd as that's all that's available. Nice list and thoughts on each, several of the horror you listed will be on my top horror list (Though you did have one that will be on my worst, but diversity is a good thing and I wouldn't want it any other way).

New life has a Blu Ray from VS. I just preordered it. Never ordered from them before but, they had that and the shudder film influencer so I grabbed those two. I’ve seen party hard never the others. Least we have some of the same on the list.

@@RavensOsFan89 Yeah I've got the BR of New Life on my wishlist, it is one that is at least pretty available. The others i've looked and waited and there's nothing but dvd releases of them for some silly reason so already ordered Red Tide and Party Hard. Guess will have to give up on the other 2 and order their dvds as well. Feels so RETRO having to do that, especially for brand new films LOL.

There’s alot of weird stuff going in with blu rays. Paramount apparently stopped making blu rays for certain titles but, then making a 4k with the blu ray included. They recently did that with transformers one.

It’s so nice to see Lucy Hale in a good movie for once! I still need to see The First Omen, Juror #2 and the Joker 2 (thanks for reminding me that Juror #2 is on Max). Abigail was so good, it makes me sad it didn’t do that well. Yep you got it right, Katy O’Brian (I still don’t know how to feel about that third act 😂).

Joker 2 is definitely the big shocker here. I’m glad to see Transformers One and Juror #2 on here. I’m one of the few that didn’t care for Anora and Dune 2. I haven’t heard of Ghost Light.

From this list, I've currently seen 13 films. I definitely agree with the substance, dune: part II, longlegs, love lies bleeding, the first Omen. I really enjoyed Abigail, smile 2, strange darling and transformers one as well. I liked cuckoo and juror #2, wicked little letters was okay imo. I think Joker: folie à deux was the only one I've seen that I didn't like. But I'm actually going to see we live in time tomorrow since it finally opened up in Ireland, so I'll be interested to check it out for sure. I have a top 15 list in the works so stay tuned for that!

I wonder if Optimus Prime put on a Ravens jersey, could get the top 10 spot. 👍 Juror #2 Did not see it Joker 2: Did not see it. Abigail: Movie was pretty good. Abigail gave them hell Smile 2 The lead actress really did an amazing job in her role. Unfortunately fire a alarm kick me out of the movie. Love Lies: Did Not see it. Dune 2: Did Not see either of Dune. May need to take a look at both films. Strange Darling: I will have to wait till streaming service. I heard the film were great. Anora: Interesting you saw this twice and at #3. Substance: I heard some crazy things about the film. Definitely need to check out Ghostlight: Congrats on being number 1. Great job with your list.

I saw at least 60 movies released in 2024 and have also kept a list of them ranked to some degree. My top 5 for 2024 are Transformers One, Civil War, Long Legs, Strange Darling and The Bikeriders. Honorable Mention would be Speak No Evil, The First Omen, Joker: Folie a Deux, Dune: Part Two and Smile 2.
