Since they've implemented Vulkan as an API option instead of DX11 my game runs much better with video settings at ultimate and ultra settings at 1900x1200 with a steady 60fps. Prior to that I had a fluctuating frame rate and had settings at very high to high on DX11. I highly recommend giving Vulkan a try if you're on PC.
