No-Bake Milk and White Chocolate KitKat Cheesecake (ASMR version)
A buttery digestive biscuit base, a creamy white chocolate cheesecake filling, packed with KitKat chunks, a rich chocolate ganache topping, with a swirl of white chocolate, sprinkled with crushed KitKats and milk & white chocolate KitKats around the edge 🙌
It’s super creamy and chocolatey and it’s such a showstopper! Perfect for a birthday or a party.

All you need is:
Base:
350g Digestive biscuits, crushed
170g salted butter, melted
34 Kitkat fingers (17 white choc, 17 milk choc)
Cheesecake:
450ml double cream, cold
500g cream cheese, room temp
120g icing sugar
200g white chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
Topping:
100ml double cream
100g dark chocolate
30g white chocolate, melted
Tin size: 8” springform
Ingredient tips:
FYI - Double cream is heavy cream / heavy whipping cream in the US.
TIP - Make sure you use a good, full-fat cream cheese, like Philadelphia, and drain away any excess liquid.
