Just a quick thought….and this is not meant to sound bad or anything, but maybe just keep the popped up discount code when you mention a product instead of actually saying you can save 10% or whatever discount by using your code in every video you do. It’s a little less in your face, yet is still there and available for people, rather than constantly hearing you say it in every video.

I ordered the Hela palette on the Black Friday sale. They sent my package to Florida and I live in UT. I can’t get anyone in customer service to get back with me so now I assume I won’t get my discontinued palette. I’ll have to contact my bank for money back. This was my first experience with Odens Eye. Has anyone else struggled? Makes me never want to order from them again 😢

I am so so sorry that happened to you! I can say I love Odens Eye and have ordered more than once from tha brand and I have never experienced any issues other than it does take a good while to receive in shipping but it is coming a very long way so I don't mind tha wait!

It took me about 2weeks to recieve my orders .... I wouldn't wait too much longer tho dear. If you haven't heard bk from the brand by now then I would contact you're bank. I have never had to reach out to customer service with this brand so I'm not sure what to tell you to do as far as getting in contact with them.
