You left off one of the funniest lines, when Judith Light's character says "There's no shame in women over 50 having sex...." and Bette's interrupts her with "You say "over 50" like we were 51 years old, we are waaaaaaaaaaaaay past that" Made me laugh the most of any line. Both women were excellent and carried the series. Season 1 was boring, this one was excellent. My quotes are not precise, just how I remember them.

Exactly! Season 1 was SO boring. The ONLY reason I watched it is because I new amazing Bette would be in it. The minute I saw her in S1 Ep8 I FLIPPED. From that moment on, I KNEW things were about to get extremely intense and i was right!

The entire Rock Paper Scissors sequence between Judith and Bette had me screaming with laughter, I couldn’t even breathe. I rewatched it so many times and still laughed just as hard as the first time. They are absolute geniuses. Hands down.

I'm going to be honest season one was completely boring the only reason I watched it was because I knew Bette Midler would be in it. The minute I saw her in episode 8 of season one I was so excited and I knew from there that things were going to get intense and I was right. She portrayed her role so great and she was phenomenal in this show. I hope that if they make a season 3 that she is in it because honestly I might not whatch it if she isnt in it.
