I grew up in the 90s thinking I really belonged to this family and I felt safer for it. Danny Tanner was my TV dad that taught me to talk it out and hug it out. To this day at 33 years old, I still watch Full House and Fuller House with so much nostalgia. We will all miss you, Bob ❤️

Same. It wasn’t just an escape, either. He showed us what a normal, healthy, wholesome, giving family is. So many of us in the 80’s grew up with abuse and dysfunction we severely needed to get away from and no way to get away besides this and similar shows. It wasn’t just a “how you do this particular thing” but a layout of a much better, healthy, wonderful life. I hope you’re doing alright! 💝 💝 💝

Bob Saget was the father that way too many kids severely needed in the 80’s with household abuse and dysfunction that was hidden and not addressed that those kids faced alone. You gotta wonder if he ever realized the impact he had on SOOO many kids at that time where he gave us normalcy and the wholesome impression and influence we so needed. I’m a much better adult even now having had that slice of wholesome pie. There’s literally no other human like him. I hope he’s somehow watching this outpouring of love, respect and appreciation of him today. What an incredible human being.

Bob Saget was a hilariously dirty comedian and the OG host of America’s Funniest Home Videos. But I remember him best as being America’s dad (and personally my favorite TV dad). Growing up with him on “Full House”, I felt the warm and wholesome vibes he sent. It just won’t be the same anymore knowing that he’s gone. Thanks, Bob, for everything. I grew up without my dad being super present in my life, I'd only see him for a few months every couple of years, watching Full House gave me a home, warmth, love, and a father figure. Danny was the best and always made you feel loved even though it wasn't a real family, it felt like one. I love that it was a great family show, yet still dealt with serious issues like eating disorders, smoking, drunk driving, etc that real families deal with. RIP Bob. I started sobbing when it got to the scene about DJ's body image issues and how loving and kind Danny was to her. I haven't seen that episode in 20 years. My father was the first person to ever make fun of my weight. He was my first bully. It was that case for a lot of us. Bob Saget really was a TV dad to so many of us who needed it. I know Bob looked at himself as mainly a stand up comedian and I know that Full House gets playfully roasted as a corny show in pop culture. But I wonder if he really knew just how much of a source of love and support Danny Tanner was for a lot of us. I just took it for granted that he was always going to be there. It's such a loss. I can't whatch this series soundtrack without crying. So many memories, nostalgia. Great series. Loved it. RIP Bob Saget. Such a terrible tragedy.

Full house will always be my favorite show. I would look forward to TGIF on Friday nights as a kid, gathering snacks just in time for the start of Full House. Thank you for the memories and the new ones I was able to make with my daughter when i introduced her to Full House. Thank you Bob! Rest in forever peace.

I was shocked today when I learnt Bob Saget aka Danny Tanner passed away a few days ago. He was a totally funny guy. Very well balanced guy. May he rest in peace. He always reminded me of the late great Harold Ramis.

Me and my girlfreind grew up on full house and we have been watching it constantly over the past year every day on Netflix just never get tired of any of the seasons,its funnier now then it was back then i find,probably due too most sitcoms dont flow along very well and wait too long for a laugh.Full house just went with it.R.I.P. I was 12 when Full House first aired! I absolutely loved this show from start to finish! I cried when it ended! It was an awesome family sitcom! Bob Saget was a wonderful person inside and out on tv and in real life I loved how he handled situations on the show He was a very positive influence! I will greatly miss him! R.IP. Bob Saget❤

The situation where Danny explains DJ about real beauty to be precise changed my thinking. And then there were many more... Big big thanks to cast and crew of Full House. I use to watch full house since 2016 and to know that he passed away is really heartbreaking full house was one of my favorite shows him and Stephanie was one of my favorite actors me and my brothers will truly miss him my favorite episode is when he told the kids that he grew up without a father and he even talked about real life problems That’s going on he really was a successful and smart man it’s so sad that he is gone rip bob 🥺🙏💔
