James Finley Ransone III[1] (born June 2, 1979) is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Ziggy Sobotka in the second season of HBO's crime drama series The Wire, United States Marine Corps Cpl. Josh Ray Person in the war drama miniseries Generation Kill,[2][3] The Deputy in the supernatural horror films Sinister (2012) and Sinister 2 (2015), and the adult Eddie Kaspbrak in It Chapter Two.

he ruined the movie with his bad acting, his fear was never remotely believable, when his character died I yelled in the cinema: "Finally!" but it was the problem of the whole two movies, the leper and the old woman looked way to funny, not scary at all and way too many jokes. what were they trying to do here? a horror movie for the whole family? if you watch the movie and you start to get scared just a little bit you are always ripped out of that emotion by the next joke.
