Maniac cop is criminally underrated in the horror world. He's right up there with Jason & Freddy has the same type of swagger as Jason. He's one hell of a contender!! I only wish there were more maniac cop movies!!!

Yes, ghostface is just a normal guy with no powers and matt showed greater strength feats than both michael and jason. he can also move faster, jason and michael are pretty slow, the only slasher that would give matt one hell of a battle is victor crowley

The funny thing is I just realized it's a alternate version of a clip from Maniac Cop 2 when he shoots up the police station. He goes up the stairs and shoots two officers.

Great vid! I really like the first two films, this one was a bit ... off? Glad they didnt make a "Bride Of Maniac Cop" and then a "Seed Of Maniac Cop", this one seemed like it kind of had that in mind at the time. Maniac Cop 4 not gonna happen, but a remake? Could be cool

A remake would be just what the big screen needs. Mainstream audiences won't know what hit em, i believe with the right director and writer put together. Remove the zombie/monster element, so real police could relate. Like make him a sympathetic villain, an anti hero of sorts but keep the base plot the same. It would be fucking awesome
