I purchased with real money his brushes or just call it, I decided to support his work with my money. As I purchased Krita in Steam, I see this as great to be able to work in a super cool program. My only limitation is that my tablet it doesn't suppert angle or rotation wich make useless most of brushes or just my limited imagination, as a beginner on the end, I'm using native Krita bruses 3, 4 and 5 version wich usually they feel more comfortable with my tablet. When I get a new tablet that support rotation, etc, I will do huge more use to Rakurri brushes. ^_^ And it was amazing to watch who is Rakurri. It felt great!
@KritaOrgPainting8 ай бұрын
Tilt is a really powerful feature sometimes underrated but there is a con. is slower than brushes without rotation as you place the stroke and done, Tilt is useful for flat bruses and a good hand position control. Don't worry too much as we have the rotation widget already in UI.
@aidenblue28 ай бұрын
@@KritaOrgPainting I use a lot widget. Also is convinient for me brushes who aren't a simple circle but follow my direction changing the position. Of couse I cannot do a horizontal angle stroke, but other brushes without auto rotation, they allow me to select manually angle and I still paint, more slower, but I use them too. ^_^

I'm interested in more interviews, I think all the krita creators deserve a little love. What I'd really appreciate is asking them about their techniques for brush creation. Did they figure out a new or underused way to make their brushes better? E.g. I'd love to have a video that actually explains how on earth Emilm used Blender to make the 360* rotating light brushtips! (I know they wrote a bit, but youtube makes difficult stuff like this way easier to follow). Also I like you showing your favourites of the bundle! I didn't think of using the rainbow brush that way, thats so smart :D

i'm waiting for the Comics Manager to be improved... like exporting single page, the 5.2 update sort of messed up the Comics Manager and I resorted back to 5.1.4 and still not feeling confident in updating, I don't want to lose progress on my manga, it being 4K resolution, it's heavy to render more than 15 pages everytime and I'm worried as to it filling up the memory opening multiple pages and exporting it..... I tried advanced exporting it but it doesnt crop using the guides I set for it lol, which works while cropping the pages when the whole comic is exported....
