right, this is going to be a very long comment so I don't blame you if you just scroll past. this marks just about one year that I have been in the vtubing community as a whole. a lot has happened over that time. It all started when I came across a sinder video in my feed many months ago. I was skeptical at first, and wanted to scroll past just because of some of the stuff I had heard about vtubers before, but I was also very bored so I watched it. I thought it was okay but nothing special, until the next day I found another and watched it. and then before I realized I had watched at least five, and seen multiple other vtubers in the videos. fast forward a month and my feed had completely changed to mostly sinder, tricky, lily and fillian. This was around the time I started to realize what I was getting into, but I stuck with it. that was a choice I will never regret making. In the days after that I educated myself, hours spent on the web looking for vtuber content and more overall info. By the next week I had a solid understanding of most things vtuber. at some point I learned sinder had made a song. Convergence of sin. knowing it was rock, and knowing I probably wouldn't like it, because I had never like rock before, I listened too it anyways. I was wrong. I loved it. her cover of winter rain too. Now this was huge for me as my music taste had been steadfast the same since I was 8, and that song had changed it. I was shocked and in love with it. From there I went on, listening to more and more vtuber music, and expanding my taste more and more. I was fully absorbed. I joined my first vtuber discord servers then as well. I'm going to wrap this up now because I might run out of space. This has been an incredible year for me, and it all started with sinder. you led me to discover some of my current favorite content creators and song writers of all time, made me rethink some of my worldviews, boost my own self confidence and personality, and introduced me to some of the best and most supportive caring community's I've ever been a part of. From these experiences, I've been inspired in my writing and so much more. so I thank every vtuber I've spent time with over this year, bao, tricky, numi, yuzu, vienna, cotton, fillian, yoclesh, tenma, chibi, gura, mousey, bubi?, apricot, mel, ares, nerissa, camimi, sho, joel, lily, haruka, zen, nyanners, mega, and everyone in these incredible communitys, but mostly, you. It was you who led me here. Weather it was banger music, gaming sessions, cosplays, or lewd jokes, it was always worth my while, every stream, every video, the good and the bad were all worth it. Thank you. You and everyone else. all of you are amazing, and I wish you only the best. untill these channels are gone, I will be here, along for the entire ride, because you and your friends are the people who deserve it. every dono you get. so. goodbye, and see you in 2025.
