yeah for sure, i definitely think he deserved it. i know this is a reg season award but his effect in the playoffs, when it matters, has been so profound and i find it very telling that he’s the only rook, first or second team, still in the playoffs. his ethic is clearly good, lost his mother and still showed up to do his job, always bringing great energy. you can always hear him scream after a rim-rocker haha. i’m sure he knows, despite the snub, that he’s first team in our eyes! sorry for the essay lmao 🤣 did not expect myself to start ranting
