The main issue with valorant is that the game doesn't get any content, and if it does it's locked behind a paywall. It feels like they want the game to be stale, so we spend our money and time on the only interesting part Edit: in a lot of other gamea there are objectives, like rewards or something. The only objective in valorant is skins

I fully agree with what you say, and I relate to it too! I dunked like 300+ euro into the game on skins then I just slowly and slowly became less interested overtime since the only incentive to play was ranked. I took a break then came back and I just noticed how the game really was and what it was mainly focused in on. It genuinely does pain me to say that this game is a shell of what it used to be back in 2021 up until today but then I also think it was just mainly because of the pandemic. Has a lot of potential to keep going for years to come just hope the Devs realise what they need to do and help the game more

Valorant's first half this year was amazing... not until the second half. sad how we didn't get any Halloween themed / Christmas themed prem/exclusive bundles or not bringing back the gamemode like the snowball thing, replication, or an entirely new gamemode for the holidays at least. like maybe they could've done any of the maps but snowing and add it into unrated queue or swiftplay for a limited time.

the sad part it's that they already have a christmas themed Icebox, they used it the year the map was released at the same time as the snowball fight game mode

I think the orion bundle could've been the best bundle in the game had it included animations and sound effects and been 1775 VP for each item. The phantom especially just looks so cool. On the topic of adding more content to the game, I think it would be really, really fun and unique if Riot added a sort of ranked swiftplay mode. Before CS2 released, CSGO had short matches which were incredibly popular (me and all of my friends would pretty much play exclusively short matches) and I think Riot could scratch that itch that players have for a shorter mode that still has some stakes. They could improve CS's short match system by keeping it to MR4 and making a separate ranking system with less ranks (maybe Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with Dia being the highest rank). This would be an incredibly fun and VERY streamable gamemode. Idk, I know they wouldn't add something like this but I think the community would be really receptive to it

I've been thinking the same thing! With so much stuff going on during weekdays, it is incredibly hard to fit in a regular ranked game. Something short would be such a nice change of pace, and swiftplay is already the gamemode I play the most, so a ranked version would add even more fun to my favorie gamemode.

i've only bought one bundle this year and im glad to say it was neo frontier. im a bit to sad as i missed out on araxys as i started playing the game in march but i reckon next year with creativity that riot keeps on pumping out, theyll continue making better bundles like RES, neo or the recent overdrive

it really dissapointed me that they stopped dropping trailers for exclusive skins after neo frontier, I Bought 2 latest exclusive bundles but i was just not able to feel the same sensation i had before, that really killed the hype for me i cant really enjoy the skins i have anymore as i used to, oh and Sentinel of lights 2.0 has missing materials it kinda makes me sad that they still havent dropped a patch to fix it.

Hey @urnotjustin do you think they should add a system where you can add effects to your gun from skins you already own? like for example if i own intergrade operator, araxys operater and ion operator, maybe i can add the shooting sound from araxys onto intergrade with the kill sound from ion and bullet tracer from ion or araxys

I started playing when they began to release the worst bundles, i never really thought of it till now after watching this video, i love valorant and have bought skins but would buy more, but my shops and night markets are just atrocious, i want the oni katana the most and havent gotten it to this day, not really gonna buy anything when everything they give is not worth it or just very bad skins

I think that people don't understand how riot skin release works, at the start of the episode (or act I might be wrong) you get an upgradable bundle until the next act in between you get budget skins, skins that are meant for people that probably just can pay 10$ on a game

I regret not buying the VCT knife. Sure it was hyper expensive, but having just started playing valorant, I didn't know that it won't be coming back. Second, removing the agent reward grind and replacing it with kingdom points was a dick move. It made the game even more unrewarding, considering that the BP items that you get for free are so friggin bad.

Empiroum is underrated the same way Gaia's is because of Melee, Valorant community showed really clearly that "bad" melee just ruins the hype and appreciation for the entire bundle for them For me the best collection was Gaia's, I was waiting for it since the first one came out and it didn't disappoint me The worst collection being Integrade Also I too don't see much reason to play Valorant unless you are buying skins or grinding ranked(Even then it gets boring eventually), I hope next year will change that or we at least get the replay system everyone wants so much

I quit the game this year. I got sick ok the lack of content in the game and over all boring replay ability. I am a competitive person dont get me wrong but it doesnt feel good when playing competitively is the only thing to do in a game. I quit at the start of this year and have been enjoying other games a lot. I wish i could say I have missed playing valorant but it couldn’t be farther from the truth and I wish there could be something to draw me in again. I hope valorant has a good 2024 because this year to me was not it.

6:27 Disagree, I wish they had kept the variant options the same as they were with Magepunk 1.0 and 2.0. That way, I could have matched the copper base color with the purple electricity on the vandal and phantom, instead of being forced to use blue if I want all the various Magepunk skins to match. I don't know if I'm the only one, but having 2.0 or 3.0 bundles NOT have the same variants/styles as their earlier bundles frustrates me so much, since now I would have to choose the base variant to match, or have mismatching skins.

i think no limits is worse than integrade because its just a generic green screen skin set, at least integrade has a different model. What valorant really needs is some single player story missions that will come out every new act, that would really get people interested in the game again and its lore. I don't think single player missions would be too difficult to make either.

I feel like the concept for kingdom credits is good, but they made getting the agents collectables is now 100x harder and it makes the game feel less rewarding. I was about 1k xp off of skye's weapon and then they threw the kingdom credits at me, wich made me A. choose between unlocking the new agent or B. unlocking a pistol skin. They unintentionally made this game more F2P - unfriendly and it makes playing the game f2p more boring since you can't really work torwards getting another skin or agent after your first game on. Say they added hourly challenges that gave 150 KC, unlocking the loads of content that newer players can't really unlock that easily anymore so much easier to grind for.

Orion was heavily underrated and I considered naming a underrated skin set. Orion definitely with a banner alone would be a top tier bundle. The look and everything was so good and it’s sad the potential it had!
