What it sounds to me like is you imagined you'd be too concerned about the stigmas put o you by your friends or people from the neighborhood if you sought protection or relief from the authorities from an aggressive female. Thats not the same as society simply not having services available or totally failing to protect men from women. Its likely true that such services are more abundant for protecting women from physically abusive men...but thats due to the fact that it happens that way FAR and VERY FAR more often than the aforementioned. The disparity is not solely cultural...its also partially due to the reality that the typical physical differences between males and females are not mere philosophy... and when advantages exist a great proportion of people with such advantages are more likely to use them when it suits their interests or fancies.

Here in Cebu I was walking from my carto the entrance of a mall and I hear the slapping of flip flops behind me. I ignored it because people here always run when the doors of a mall open for the day, but this time it was different. I suddenly felt and half way saw someone throw their arm around my neck and instinctively I elbowed them in the chest which resulted in them quickly backing off. This happened with my daughter going for a walk with her husband. A young lady dressed in next to nothing approached them and blatantly ignored my daughter but asked him "if I gave you a £1000 to spend 24hrs with me would you do it" he replied "are you sure in that 24 hrs there be just you and me with no interruptions from anyone?" She says definitely, so he says to her "ok I'll take the first 12hrs to sleep then phone my wife to take the next 12hrs because we have a 3yr old and a 1and a half yr old we are exhausted! So it's ok about the money but I'll take that offer"😂😂😂😂
