13:55 yeah it's a trophy truck. The point of a trophy truck is to get the most suspension travel possible and they usually have VERY soft suspension

The creation with the piston in the suspension has it there for a reason. Wishbone suspension only negates the gravity suspension glitch, not the tilt glitch (most of the time). The piston (sometimes) negates the tilt glitch to.

When I say tilt glitch I mean put your lift at the front of the vehicle and do the glitch test but let the front of the vehicle hook onto the lift and get the whole thing above the ground. take away the lift. The vehicle might fall to the ground but it won't tilt. Hit the top with your hammer or paint a block. It will start to fall but will eventually stop before it hits the ground. The glitch may stop if you get in the seat as well

for the second offroader, I think the bearings were supposed to help the bars in the front and back to function kind of like steering arms/tie rods to keep the steering wheels facing in the same directions. I think without bearings it may have been too stiff, so the bearings help free it up a little.

The bearings on #2 are to allow the wheel sections to move almost freely. Watch the bearing connections when going over intense terrain.

Anything with the wheel wells from the Mod Packs have been known to have that wonky collision that makes a quasi suspension glitch/flip glitch. I think that's what was going on with the Offroad Jeep, Daxin-MMR, and the third to last Off Road vehicle. They were using the wheel wells (at least the jeep and off road were) while the MMR was using the various wedges which have wonky collision as well.

The reason for the amount of bearings on vehicle 2 is so it attaches the sets of wheel as a rope that can stretch as bearings like that are very glitchy and make a stretchy top of sorts that you cannot get from anything else
