Just one more thing, the nostalgia of the artwork on the cards and the attacks and the abilities will ALWAYS take me back to when there were no problems in my life, when there was no word depression in my dictionary. I smile and just go straight to reminiscing about when i was younger and there were NO problems especially when i pulled out my old cards and would go over each one over and over again.

I feel like someone should tell you as it seems you don't already know. It is hard for a card to get an official "gem mint" rating. Often cards even fresh out of the pack won't get them. A 9 or mint (via PSA) is much more common. So unless you get those cards graded, you shouldn't claim them to be gem mint. Also, cards kept in binders as opposed to top loaders and sleeved are probably more likely to lose quality over time. Not saying you have to put every card in that type of protection, but if you want to keep certain cards as pristine as possible, they would probably do better with a sleeve and dropped into a top loader to help prevent morphing.

to think I had about 90% of these in mint condition as well when I was in grade school. Ended up trading & selling them through the years. some lost. But I kept my favourites & have one good binder full of rare pokemons and Yu-gi-ohs. & 5 pieces as well!

i managed to get a full set of exodia cards for about £80 on ebay and what was cool was there was 1 issue konami had were they spelt something wrong in the description of the exodia card and they were all recalled because they wanted to fix the typo but some people still have them and i managed to get one it was so cool but it did boost the price up something like an extra £10, also trying to get all the red eyes cards and dark magician cards, nice collection im looking to get more vintage ones too but its hard to know what era they are from

So many nastolgic moments rushing through my head right now. Lol I remember playing most of those cards back when Yugioh was hot. My favorite cards were and still are Injection Fairy Lily and Delinquent Duo. It would be awsome if they brought back Delinquent Duo, but idk, they'd prolly screw it up by bringing up Darkworlds, making them broken again or just make a new theme deck that requires discarding or something. My favorite time was when DAD, Gladiator Beasts (Which was the deck I used), Lightsworn, Zombies (I used this till Card Of Safe Return got limited...) Six Samurai and Light and Darkness Dragon Decks were king! Nowadays, ya decks are still themed, but the pendulum monsters which look stupid btw and these XYZ monsters just make the game boring and redundant. It was ok when Synchros were around, I didn't mind those, but ya, they somewhat screwed up the gameplay.

The only way I would ever get back into Yugioh is if they brought back Gladiator Beasts or Zombies. What would be badass is if they brought back oldschool themed decks, including wind-ups and Inzektors, then we'd see which themed deck was the best. It would be badass to see these decks used once again.
