I'm 37 and my skin is pretty normal, sometimes with a slightly oily nose! I also have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I DO NOT use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have olive skin. My face is often a LOT lighter than my body because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

Trinny London are my favourite 'one and done' eyeshadows. They set beautifully on the eye but never dry out in the pot.

One and done shadows are my favorite. Tom Ford Platinum, Chantecaille Mermaid eye color in Triton, and Dior Cosmopolite probably tie for first place. The Armani looks gorgeous on you!

Some of my one and dones are quite affordable. I love Revlon creme pots in 805 Stardust and 740 no color name. Its a light icy purple. From Loreal Infallible 890 Bronzed Taupe, which is my #2, and 892 Amber Rush...very nice summer color. My #1 is Mac's Satin Taupe. I have very light skin...Mac NW10 in winter and NW13 in summer. Guys there's A limited edition duo of eye crayons In the electric mood collection. A beautiful bronze brown and gold shimmer. The bronze shade is incredible in terms of quality I like it more than my nudestix. Revlon caramel and praline cream shadow s are gorgeous as well! I have a lot of space between my lids and brows so a quick swipe of bronzer in the crease paired up with grace liquid shadow (by stila) on the lid looks incredible.

I love the Mermaid Eyes by Chantecaille in Sylvie. For me, it’s a beautiful shade. I also like Olivia and to add some bling I use Seashell in the middle of the eyelid. I also like to use some of the Bobbi Brown shadow sticks as one and done shadows.

A better $ for Mac soft brown is make up geek creme brulee! So good in the crease with highlighter on the lid. Done!

My faves (I’m your skin tone, just a bit greener-olivey): Natasha Denona single in Ochre, the brown shade from CT’s Golden Goddess, that completely legendary and unsung brown shade from CT’s Blue quad, and Tom Ford Spice cream eyeshadow pot (discontinued). I absolutely love the CT Eyes to Mesmorise - so quick and easy to use and colours are stunning. I have 3 and my next purchase will be the Walk of No Shame. Have just purchased some Nude Stix make up (NudeArtist Box) and used for the first time.

i love one & done ! CT is definitely a fave for me too, & i have the chanel as well. some other favourites include a discontinued taupe cream pot shadow from dior, caviar sticks from laura mercier & the cream & powder duos from tom ford.

Some by Terry and Laura Mercier stick eyeshadows are also stunning, love the one and done eyeshadows ♥ I have thons and I love them all, can't choose wich one is the best

My personal favorites that I recently discovered are a lot of the Pat McGrath mattes….. I packed on one of her burgundy brown shades onto the lid, blended it all the way up to the crease and a little past, and BAM looked like I had spent a long time on my eyes when it only took a minute or two!!! 😘

Agree with you 100% on the formulas and brand recommendations. If you like Chanel formula in Patine Bronze you will love the shade scintillance. It is stunning. Also Decorte makes a stunning one and done shadow😊

Uniform shopping for the children, was wearing the first trio in the PT palette, makeup removed. Once I saw this video went and put in the middle shade as a one and one with PM DR lip gloss in heaven😍. If I am in the mood for a one and done I use any colour from a palette or a pot, I am a creature of impulse🤷‍♀️

My CT Nudegasm arrived today! 😍 omgggggggg 😳😳 I’m in love. She’s absolutely perfect. I can use all four on me face and I’m over the moon. I tend to use bright, metallicy shades as one and done so it’s the whole Celestial Divinity mega palette for me. 😂 I can recommend Kiko water shadow in 229 (a stunning cool toned mink metallic type of shade) & 3ina Cream eyeshadow in 324 which is a beautiful rose gold shimmer if anyone is looking for more affordable options.

Absolutely adore the armani pots. I popped into a house of Fraser last week to see about maybe another shade. The counter lady there says they've discontinued them. Was so so disappointed but then forgot until I saw this video. Not sure what the actual situation is there. Fingers crossed they still do them somewhere as I'd love more shades 😊

Mac woodwinked or tempting are solid one and done shades. Anything duo chrome Multichromes on the lids are amazing. I have invested in some single shadows from a few Indie brands and they often are what I wear if I am unsure about what I want.

Yes Ma'am coming thru with some good 1 and done shadows!!! That was my Jam bk in the day and still do it today. I'm not someone who's talented with eyeshadow anyways! I know thats due to me having extreme hooded eyes. If it's not 1 and done it's super simple 2 or 3 and done but nothing drastic mostly 2 and done.

Ooh I have never tried the Armani one, will have to have a try. The Charlotte Tilbury one's are nice but I love the Victoria Beckham lid lustre in mink, a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it.

I loved the Mac paint pots, I used them all the time when I was younger for a quick look, now they irritate my skin as I am developing skin sensitivity as I get older. I have been using the Nars shadow sticks or the Laura Mercier ones when I want the quick look.

Vintage selection and Rubenesque are (were, for the latter) two favorites from MAC. I have a matte, warm brown from Bobbi Brown’s Long Wear Cream Eyeshadow that I really like to do a single eyeshadow smoky eye with. I don’t think I can do single eyeshadow looks with powders. 🙈

I knew Armani had the tube shadows, but I’ve never seen those pots! I love MAC paint pots, too. Beautiful, all of these. Bobbi Brown Golden Pink is perfect, some Kiko sticks, Laura Mercier sticks, Gosh silver Pink. I still have Trinny London and CT to try. I did like Chanel Scintillance but it dried out in 12 months while they indicate 18 months on the box, a big disappointment for the price!

I’m all concerned the Autumn is all blurry neutral dark shades & neutral lippies… this doesn’t work for me in glasses… I just got the Gucci stars & it goes on like a dream with my NARS wet-dry eye brush
