Ingredients:
4lbs of Chicken Wings
3 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Dry or fresh Chives or Onion Powder
3 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Chili Powder
3 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Brown Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Salt to taste
1/2 CrushedBlack Pepper
Pre- heat oven to 425° for 50-55 minutes, turning wings every 20 minutes. Last 5 minutes on High on broil until skin is crispy.
