Mercy ult allows her to chain heal which mean if there are teammates near the person you are healing they will also get healing. Same thing goes for her damage boost

I think valkyre is OK and impactful overall. Not game changing tho.

Tracer ultimate one shots all dps and support characters. You just need to be good enough to stick the pulse bomb

They are probably low ranks because there is no WAY reapers ult is game changing. And reaper is not the only problem In this tier: sym, bap, tracer, Cassidy, brig, zarya, rein, dva, SOLDIER ( he has the worst ult of the entire game ..... maybe in low ranks is ok) and I can go on.. This tier list is ok only for low ranks (bronze silver gold and platinum and maybe it can work in low diamond but I don't know how is low diamond these days)

lol gotta keep in mind that there probably low ranked, I mean they think reapers ult is the best in the game. still an entertaining and interesting video nonetheless.
