I was fascinated by bodybuilding after seeing Arnold the first time as a kid, it just seemed impossible to got that level of muscularity as I trained away. Now vids like this remind me the reality is, to compete at a high level, it literally requires overdosing on hormones and performance enhancing drugs at dangerous levels and over eating etc. I still lift but I’ve come to terms with expectations.

That's the main reason I never even thought one second to mess with anabolic steroids because of the horrible side effects when I was into bodybuilding in my younger days. @shaylinmonk9208 Жыл бұрын
@@jo4140-y3e absolutely the dumbest comment I have seen in a while. Why is sacrificing your health considered living. You know who hasn’t lived? Dallas was only 26. The average age of death is 73 so he barely made it 1/3 of the average human. He spent most of his life not living just doing one thing and the dying. Taking anabolic steroids in such dangerous amounts to end your life extremely short is just plain stupid and ignorant.

You want to go die very young from drug abuse while only experiencing a gym and your kitchen, that’s cool your choice. Not me. I prefer to live life and experience what It has to offer. The most important thing in life is your health, the tens of thousands of pounds I threw around made sense to me when I was twenty five, now I wish I could walk from point A to point B, at seventy five. There was no place in the world like Gold's in the early seventies, Dianabol was practically a snack if you wanted to compete, I saw my training partner die of kidney failure and heart disease at 45, young men want to get big at any cost, once you are obsessed, you won't listen to reason. I feel awful that this young man passed away so young, if his death influences only one other young man to stay away from drugs, his death will not have been in vain,
