The Meguro River is always crowded during the cherry blossom season, but it is worth visiting because there are many good restaurants along the river and it is lit up at night and fantastic 🌸

Hi Paul! Yes that's usually about right. Full bloom can be a great time for photography. Some people also enjoy when the petals start to drop as they create a pretty blanket on rivers such as at Meguro.
