Hello I’ve just gone vegetarian and dairy free the one thing I miss is my coffee I have a sage coffee machine that makes wonderful coffee I’ve tried almond milk that was terrible I’ve got some coconut milk I Will try that cashew nut milk is not always available but I will be able to get the cashew nuts so I will try blending them and see how that turns thank you for the information 😊

Very informative video. The milk looks delicious. However, have you tried mildly heating the milk? I like my coffee frothy and hot. Just in case if you have tried it

Separation often happens when temperatures of the liquids are different. This looks delicious but cashews are so expensive. Do you keep them in the freezer? And this is a GREAT video. I can't wait for more videos!

surprisingly it doesn not happen even with hot coffee if using cashew milk, but with almost every other milk i've made

I use 1/4tsp of xanthan to stabilize milk. Also, here in spain cashew cost around 10$/kg
