Actually I had 2 shadow beldums that I was waiting for the rocket event to remove frustration… A go battle league event went by so I chanced it and I evolved them both and was able to get meteor mash it got rid of frustration 16:20

No, you would have to use an Elite Charged TM

So you Evolve all on those days to learn the moves? I've played for a few months and I'm still learning. I have a bunch of grubbin candy and I evolved one into Vikavolt not know charjabug is better. I caught a new grubbin with pvp ivs and plan to evolve it to get volt switch. I just want to know when to evolve.

Yes, you can only get the moves by evolving on those days between the alloted hours. Do it from 2-5pm if you extra nervous

You can't use regular TMs to get the moveset, the only way is through evolution. To answer your other question, you can't unlock a 2nd charge move on your shadow Pokemon to get the legacy moveset. When evolving, the legacy move goes to the 1st charge move slot, and if frustration is there, then frustration will take priority.

These are normal tier 1 raids, so they will not spawn Community Day Pokemon afterwards.

Yeah, it does. The legacy move automatically goes to the first charge move slot, regardless if the 2nd charge move is unlocked. If frustration is there, then frustration will take priority when evolving.
