The cards from the year 2000 are probably my favorite. Blaine’s Moltres and Sabrina’s Gengar are 2 of my favorites in my collection. I don’t have Lugia or Charizard. And the Espeon from Neo is amazing.

The part where you talked about the Call of Legends series hit hard. My mom got me the set for Christmas in 2011, but I accidentally opened it early because we had gotten another package that I thought was safe to open up. It definitely would've been way better to open during Christmas day now that I look back at it.

I have always been into Pokemon but didn't really start collecting cards until Steam Siege due to X and Y being the first Pokemon game I ever played. Steam Siege was a fun set in my opinion. There were not a lot of expensive cards but a lot of cool artwork like the Pokemon breaks, dual-type shiny Pokemon cards, and like how you said the secret art of Gardevoir with Yvetal.

I started collecting again at around the same time Evolving Skies came out. My favourite from 2021 is definitely the Umbreon Vmax alt art. My favourite from 2022 is probably the Lugia V alt art from Silver Tempest. From 2023, it’s either the Charizard Ex Special Illustration from 151, or the Giratina Vstar from Crown Zenith. And for 2024 (so far) , either the Carmine or Greninja Ex, both Special Illustrations
