Dinuguan is my favorite dish. In every Filipino restaurants I visit here in the US? I always go for the Dinuguan. Most of the time, it's commercially cooked. Has more water than the blood. Sometimes the blood sauce is sandy than smooth. Adding coconut milk, reminds me about Samar or the Samarinyos. They like to put coconut milk all the time.

Hindi ko ito nilagyan ng bituka nak pero kung maglagay ka ng bituka, unahin mo munang palambutin yung bituka nak e simmer mo ng mga 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender I mean pakuloan mo muna ang bituka until mag tender.
