@@absolutdrinks I have a long list in Drinkspiration! In the last 2 months, I've successfully made about 80 different drinks and plan to do a lot more. The principal challenge is to find and buy some liquors, bitters and not so common spirits, even living in the 3rd major city of Brazil.

Hi! What passion fruit purée did you use? Can't find any in local shops. Or can I substitute it with juice/syrup? :)

Monin makes a good one, but making it yourself is also pretty easy. Just blend the pulp and seeds of a few passion fruits with 1 teaspoon of water per fruit used and some sugar to taste depending on how ripe the passion fruit is. Once blended, strain everything through a fine mesh sieve and discard the crunchy bits from the seeds. Hope this helps!

Hi Ray! This is how we do it, try it out! Pornstar Martini - www.absolutdrinks.com/en/drin... 1 slice Pineapple (cubed) 25 ml Passion fruit puree 15 ml Vanilla Syrup 45 ml Vanilla Vodka Garnish with 1 half Passion Fruit & Serve with a shot of Champagne, Prosecco or Cava.. or some of that extra Passoa if you want. ;)

Interesting you've got the pineapple but no Passoa or lime juice. I'll give that one a go & see if it's better than my current recipe.

I used to work at a bar named Boutique in Leeds UK back in 2006 /2007 ish. This was the recipe we did there. I hope you enjoy it.

I can see the advantage of adding pineapple. Pineapple will guarantee a nice foam on the top! I'm an hobby bartender. I go with homemade Vanilla Vodka (50ml) Passoa (25ml) Passion Fruit Puree (25ml) Rubicon Passion Fruit Juice (25ml) Monin Vanilla Syrup (25ml) Lime Juice (10ml). Haven't had too many complaints so far!

@@SteveJWeller NICE!!!! the pineapple will also make this super smooth and kind of creamy. A more velvety, voluptuous mouthfeel. Give it a try and see what you think. Great to see hobby bartenders out there doing though. I worked in the industry since I was 14. Greater Manchester would let you get away with that back then. Keep it up fam!!!!

I used to do it with passoa but after trying this recipe with the fresh pineapple it tastes amazing, you could even try this recipe with the passoa see whats best but ricos version has been my favorite, more of a tropical flavour than a full on passion fruit flavour
