What are your thoughts on weightvest handstand holds either chest to wall or back to wall as a way of improving handstand endurance work capacity.

it's good for endurance but not necessary

use the handstand program 4 times a week and from there build to 1 or 2 times a week the press to handstand training. Generally I like starting with balancing handstands first and then I move to press work

Would u recommend to do this after your normal workout? I currently lift weights for a long time now and wanna go for calisthenics. So can i do this after my normal workout?

Except for the balance exercises where you need to be fresh it's ok to do it after your normal workout

my hip flexors and quads get crazy tight from doing all the compression exercises, anyone else have this problem? I can't even foam roll, it's too painful

Do ice/hot baths for your wrists and you can use paralletes / pushup bars to make it easier on them

To get a good press you need a 30 second handstand but I designed this routine so that you can start moving towards the press without having the handstand

That's neither a straddle or a pike press. It's an in-between... Ultimately I think you should be able to demo a perfect pike press before instructing people how to do it
