Nikkia, I do love you and I love your products! I sometimes struggle financially, being a single mom to a special needs child. But I cannot live without your finishing powder and it’s scent! I find a way to pay for it, and I always have a brand new one in my inventory so that I don’t ever have to live without! I recently ordered your new primer. I do absolutely love it!! There are just two things that I hope are improved upon in time. 1. The amount you get for the price you pay. I had purchased and fell in love with the KVD Lock-it Hydrating Primer, based on a recommendation from you in an older video. I still love that formula however I really wanted to try yours. I’m not sure if it’s the density of the formula that results in less volume, or because of the texture of the formula, I just require a little bit more of yours on a daily basis to cover entire area, but side by side comparison of the packaging and you can see that it appears that we get more product with other primers such as this one. 2. The little spout from which your primer comes out of the bottle when we pump the top plunger… the primer that remains in that little spout, dries and hardens in between applications. So, a lot of mornings during my first plunge of your primer pump, this hardened little pebble of unusable primer is expelled. This may seem like such a minor and petty complaint, but I love this primer so much that I don’t ever want to run out or waste any bit of it! I hope that this does not have a negative tone or sound like a complaint review because it is not! Frankly, if it wasn’t worth the constructive criticism, or improvements, I would not bother. But these are my observations. One question for you… I have been looking for videos that will teach me how to get that gorgeous brown ombré eyeshadow look that I see on actresses often. Everything that I am finding has about 87 steps that result in the same look as a three step process. Why is this?? I dread doing my eyes every morning because it’s the most time consuming area. With eye primer, three different shades of shadow, three brushes, eyeliner, I feel like I’m committing enough time to these huge eyeballs and lids. Is it possible to get a gorgeous eyeshadow look without spending 30 minutes per eye? Lol. Sorry so long. I just feel like I know you so well, we’re like besties! 😂 ✌🏼❤️

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and am very excited to try it. One thing I wish you would go back to is including a list in the description box of the other products you used in your video such as foundation, blush, bronzer, highlighter, eyeshadow, brows, mascara, etc. I love both your powder products but do have to use a very very light layer in the winter time due to reduction in oil production from colder weather.

Congratulations Nikkia!!! I ordered mine yesterday and it shipped today! I'm hoping I get it by Wednesday, so I can start using it. The formula looks so unique. I can't think of a primer that I've tried that looks like that. I love the tint on it. I haven't been this excited for a primer launch in a long long time! I knew this would be coming when you stopped listing a primer in your descriptions. Ordered it before watching this video because I know your products are always excellent for oily skin and worth the money. Also, just have to say, your black sponge is phenomenal. Aside from being a great tool, it is so durable. It is more expensive than a lot of sponges, but it lasts so much longer so over time you are actually saving money. I use it and your powder every day and I’m sure the primer will be no different.

Honestly, this is hands down the best primer I have ever tried for oily skin. I used to use Benefit Pore Professional for years and that did work for me coz that is silicone based. Then I have tried Nikkia Joy’s pressed and loose powder and I was blown away with how smooth and oil controlling it was so I decided to try this new matte primer. I was skeptical at first because the way it felt when you first put it on the skin is a little bit tacky, but I trusted what Nikkia had said on her youtube that it is normal coz it helps grip the makeup and honestly the tackiness only lasted for a few seconds anyway. When my makeup was applied it felt really smooth and flawless, but that wasn’t the real test for me, because the benefit primer did that too. After working for hours (wearing a mask), I took my dinner break and usually I will powder my face coz if it’s the Benefit primer, it would have been rubbed off and really oily coz of the mask but to my surprise, my face still looked matte with Nikkia’s primer!!!! like how??!! I never had that in so many years of using a primer and makeup!😱 I am not kidding, like I am an oily combination skin but more oily especially on my T-zone. This matte primer saved me from retouching my face everytime I had to take my mask off! Honestly, paired with the Nikkia powders this had changed my makeup game. I swore by it. And btw, what Nikkia was saying about the kaolin and chamomile she put is true coz it made my skin less oily and therefore I got less prone to acne! it really did regulate my oils on my face coz it is not super drying either coz of the coconut and Vitamin E. This was truly remarkable Nikkia.🙌🏼 PS please restock your powders I am out I need to reorder!! That’s my review that is all haha.. I know it is long but I only give review to where credit is due, thanks!- K😁
