Great, where can I find the understanding of how to progress in a microcycle and mesocycle. basically how to program design for a macrocycle keeping in the the same client. ofcourse goals keep changing but understanding designing is key for progression

We have a video on understanding the 9-variations within progressive overload. If it's general population I would focus on getting them to train more which will lead to better results and then referrals. Each saturday offer your top clients a discounted session to workout with you (charge 120/ hour, offer a $25 workout) 4 clients show up you just made $100. That extra day of working out will do more than optimizing any program macro.

What would you suggest as day 2 for this particular program, if the client was only 2 days a week? Would you keep the work out the same or change the core exercises up?
