I had this modded and hack back in the early 2000s great psp. My screen cracked and I sold it wish I knew it was so easy to fix 😩 overall this version of psp and psp vita is one of best for retro gaming 😎 thx for sharing

Maybe this doesn’t need to be mentioned but your model uses the circle button to confirm whereas in America the X button is to confirm while navigating the main menu. I have a few different psp models and I always forget which uses circle vs X.

I got a psp 3000 monster hunter edition. It's the best design. Body of the 1000 with all the benefits of the 3000 and can use bigger batteries.

HI! Saw your video the first time and resisted, second time and resisted, ended up giving in the third time. Regretted it though, only yellow and pink left. Had to be yellow. I had a 1000 and a 2000 both with highly "modded by my self " custom firmware and i even made custom themes but now after all the years i will stay with the new emulation handhelds like retroid pocket or ambernic because nostalgia is too expensive this days.

That doesnt make any sense. If you buy this modded psp for 150$ you have also all in 1. If you buy a retroid pocket its almost the same

@@Sneaky_racoon_sly that is what i am trying to say (no sense getting old hardware) if now i have 300 dollars of modern hardware that can emulate up to some tittles of psvita, ps2 and gamecube. the only reason for me to get psp 1000 or 2000 right now would be nostalgia although my pockets are not going to be happy about it :)

I bout me a crystal protection case like that but for my switch. I ended up taking it off because when you put the Joy cons in the cases for them, there's no way you use them when you play table top style because they won't fit in the controller thingy meant for tabletop. When I went to try take them off it was pure hell they were not coming off easily. I ended up breaking one of the cases to get it off. In the end I just took the case of the main part of my switch and threw it away. If I order another one it won't be a hard case but a silicon one that I can just peel off like a banana. Some will come with skin stickers and if I get any case that comes with that I will not put it on any part of the switch and end up ruining the finish. Best not to put any type of sticker type skins or button covers that you peel off the backing and put on the A,B,X and Y buttons. But I might consider the joy stick covers since they seem to be made of rubber and not have to stick them on by peeling a back off like you would a sticker.

Was mine also, favorite devices. have, or had 6 at one time. 4 Fats(1000), and 2 Slims(2000). One of the Fats is parts. I gotta fix at one point in time. When that'll be is anyones guess.

Firstly, holding the power on doesn't power it on, it powers it off, you just need to flick it once while in sleep mode or power off. Secondly, Snes emulation (Snes9x) is perfect on the PSP if you changed it's renderer by pressing Start+R. Had my psp 1001 model since 2009 and still play these emulators from time to time.
