As a healer, I would never recommend people starting with disc.

I came back to wow after about 3 or 4 years and my frost dk wasn't doing it for me so I made a demon hunter since I'd never played one before and they are super fun I'm not as good as I was but I'll get back there

Played both Unholy DK and Havoc DH in arenas for years,(months in DF season), but its not their time right now. DH shows good results, but i do not like the gameplay, its not the same as it was in BfA, the last time i thought they were fun, while with unholy and frost the last good expansion for them by class design in pvp was WoD. Now, its sub rogue,(current main) mages, warlocks and priests(my twinks and wannabe mains), that got a good class design and tools for pvp. Hunters look good, too tho, Not sure about druids. Don't think i will ever touch shamans and paladins. Gameplay is more important than just numbers, you gonna quit the class or the game if you are unhappy with it. I like how as sub rogue you can lock down people with kidney and other cc and use secret technique to burst them down. I like beeing in control. Unholy dk was only fun when it allowed me to stay out of melee and stack controlled healabsorbs, Frost was only fun when oblit 2 hitted people back in WoD and Legion-------> some stuff is simple, but it is what it is.

@@Ivan_Dmitriev20 slow the meta. make them useful. I play rdruid and i sweat healing 40 yards and cry if I got 1 CC chain. Sometimes ur mates take random crit -80%. I can't CC, I deal 0 damages and I can't kite (all melees got amazing mobility now) and my hot are dispelled without mana cost or DR. it's not fun at all for healers so they mostly rerolled dps and now queues are very long. The game should be based on skill (agressive clone, roots, kites, positionning etc...) not on crazy damages and outpace. 10.0.0 without sets was very fun, and the game pace was ok, now it's garbage.

I mained rogue forever until I decided to try preservation, and that got me into healing, I’m currently an r sham and I enjoy healing more than my rogue now lol. Solo q is definitely impossible to heal some rounds. Just too many variables with no communication and some people just don’t push buttons

Holy paladin? Easy for beginners? Guys, that’s the cruelest joke I can imagine. Seriously with mediocre at best healing numbers and forced-to-stay-in-melee playstyle it’s now the hardest healer to play.

I thnik the video is missleading for healers tbh. Hpal is easy to play but because it is not strong in the current meta it makes it hard. On the other end they say the real problem in the disc even though it is strong I would never recommend a new player to start with disc it's definitely one of the hardest out here. Having S tier healer does not make it the best one to start with.

Our recommendation reflects the 10.0.7 changes, which seem to be giving Holy Paladin some quality of life improvements. This includes buffing their healing output, which is their main limiting factor. If the patch manages to bump Paladin up to the A tier, we think it will be a fantastic spec for new healers. If it doesn't we will be sure to update this list.

I always take what i like and use its single target raid spec talents that i know rly good and use it in pvp and for what i do its give me fun, i dont care for rating i just wanna get my honor gear 8/8 and pew pew, i love pvp gear changes they made i dont feel pressure od farming arena for conquest cuz its not THAT much better for a random Joe

Hpriest!! Just got my first 2400 in solo shuffle as hpriest this season. The whack-a-mole style reactive healing is very intuitive

Holy Priest was definitely one of the options we considered, but their relative weakness in the meta and no obvious help from 10.0.7 are the reasons we held back.

Recommending HPal is probably the worst advice you can give someone, the spec is in an absolutely awful state without the promise of a brighter future. Word of Glory healing for 20-30k, no defensives against casters, bubble can be shattered or MD’d, casting a heal is a great way to get yourself killed or go oom. Replace this with either MW or Preservation, playing holy is enough to make a man quit the game.

Mobility is not something a begginer will know how to use in his favor. DH is not a good begginer class. At least not in DF. In shadowlands it was more straight forward

Play rogue they are always good. Don’t do the same mistake as me and learn paladin just to realize they can never be top tier good because they are too easy to play. Literally came to the game to have a hard competitive time but 3 years later, realized that not all class were as difficult to play and went for the rp fun one over the most optimal one since to me personally, everything is pretty easy to play it just requires years of practice to get it perfect.

Lol idk if disc is the easiest to heal in pvp, the rotation is easy but you need to keep up constant damage. Your focus is dmg not a benefit lol. A disc whose casting heals will be oom 2 min into a fight, and CD control is highly important lol, maybe at 1200 its easy but anything higher its a hard class to heal with if you're newer

@mrepzu1 holy is definitely easier, you're focusing heals rather than damage based healing. And right now in SS and any form of pvp, there's so much dmg coming out you have to focus heals in the open and then work on adding dmg in between while rotating your CDs correctly lol, and disc heals are ass unless everything procs and you can get a badass penance

dude pvp is literally dead with blizz balance I've only seen warlocks and warriors in game and 90% of healers can't come up with ass rogue damage done in 2v2 and next patch we seen lot of rets one shoting us warlocks are just get buffs after another they are already undying

its all based off pro play, if the classes the pros play were balanced, they would be average 1800 players, they built this up or 15+ years, no way there balancing lock,rogue,mage or warrior.. there just too detrimental to the AWC

mage and rogue deff the easiest classes, u can be brain dead and kill 60% of people on the opener out of stealth.. hunter ya u can use skills on the move but do u really want noobs on a hunter? literally traps not being used and when they are used there like badly placed, the hunter hate is sort of a meme considering how much easier rogue an mage is in terms of competitive play, we talking casually logging in and doing bgs and shit ya maybe hunter, but no way a noob gonna use traps right, rogue and mage u can literally fail at half ur skills get 3 things off and win

? no they're not, rogue & mage are good but deffo not the easiest, if you mean assa specifically then sure but sub isn't good for beginners bcs it requires good setups/coordination which especially in SS you will never find/see. Also you being a complain andy about noob hunters not using traps, do you really think a noob rogue would blind? into sap? or use gauge? or use kidney on the right target? Same for mage, do you expect noob mages to hit poly's on the right target? use frost ring on the right people? know how to setup kill potential for RM(X)? You're clearly tunnel visioning about this. Also side note, if you get 100-0'd by a mage rogue combo you're doing something wrong, either you're undergeared or are not using your utility/defences correctly
