My power bank arrived and it looks awesome. The only complaint is the material that scratches so easily that I haven't even used it and it already looks used. They could have rubberized that part at least on the side where it is charged, as Xiaomi did on its wireless power bank. Ok, it will be used, but let's make it durable a little bit
@dobrecristianro8 ай бұрын
I got the MagGo 10000. It'a a great battery but still have a lot flaws. 1st it does not fit the 6.1" iPhone 15 Pro, only the Max. The battery is longer than the 15 Pro when mounted on the phone. 2nd is the build quality. The Charging Pad face of the power bank does not stay flat on the phone when charging, the surface has irregularities (bad quality) and the lower part where the second magnet is located has always a 2-3 millimeters raise from the glass back of the phone. 3rd, on the iPhone 15 Pro it starts to charge with 15 Watts but after 30-40 mins goes all the way down to 5-6 Watts.
@Brians_tech8 ай бұрын
I understand about the 6.1” model. However, I don’t have that experience with it laying flat. Maybe where the kickstand is, but otherwise I wouldn’t say it’s bad.
@dobrecristianro8 ай бұрын
@@Brians_tech Just lay it on a glass table or plain surface, and press each side, you will see it....people also see this problem when they try to fit them on matte tough-plastic cases, the lover part just slips on the sides because of this.

I just got this from my prime day haul. The previous 1000 MagGo was one of my favourite purchases of last year and I loved it for everyday use since day one. It was a bit bulky at first but it was always reliable and pretty quick for a portable wireless charger. So I had all the reasons to be exited for this one.. after a days use, I’m super bummed to be completely honest. It’s not charging my phone faster by any means and I actually had it stop charging my phone after like 20mins of charging my phone due to overheating. Granted my phone was almost dead and already hot before I slapped it on and was still using it to browse the we but I used to do this all the time with the previous model all the time and never once had it fail me. And it barely charged my phone in that 20mins. Im hoping that this was some odd case and that it works fine from here on out so I’ll keep y’all posted. Also testing out the power bank nano.
@Brians_tech5 ай бұрын
That’s really odd. I think you might’ve gotten a bad unit. Mine definitely charges noticeably faster than a regular MagSafe battery pack and doesn’t really get uncomfortably hot either. I would try to get a replacement.
